On the Salish Coast,

British Columbia’s Fraser Valley is the Pacific Northwest wine region of Canada, lined with rivers and canyons among the vast volcanic mountains. At the foothills of the North Cascades Mountains and downstream from the Fraser Canyon, this section of the river is known by local indigenous peoples as “Sto:lo” 

With its coastal mountain climate, this temperate rainforest has moderate seasons, cool wet winters and hot humid summers along the 49th parallel. Making for some exceptional white styles of Siegerrebe, Bacchus, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir red blends. The Fraser Valley wine region is characterized for its cool-climate viticulture and proximity to the city of Vancouver.

Geographical Indication (GI) is a Protected Geographical regional area within the ‘BC VQA’, British Columbia Vintners Quality Alliance is noted on bottles for quality and regional assurance as a Protected Designation of Origin representing for 100% BC VQA Wine.
